ADVERTISING PLACEMENT

Placement, management, and support of advertising materials

This section regulates the procedure for providing advertising placement services, management of advertising campaigns, and interaction with advertising platforms within the framework of the current project.

Main Directions of Advertising Placement

Advertising placement is carried out within the approved formats and available advertising directions of the project. Specific platforms, placement types, publication periods, and display conditions are determined by the selected package and the applicable rules for placing advertising materials. The scope of services and volume of work depend on the placement parameters and the applied service conditions.

General Information

Online advertising placement is a separate service area and is not directly related to website development. A completed website is a fully functional and ready-to-use product and can operate without connecting advertising tools. Advertising services are connected only when necessary and are used to attract traffic, increase project visibility, and test demand. They are not a mandatory part of website operation and are not applied automatically. All advertising formats, channels, and scopes of work are defined in advance. Service costs and the advertising budget are communicated before launch, without hidden conditions or unexpected additional charges. If changes to the format or volume of advertising are required during the process, they are always discussed separately. Advertising may be placed both for websites developed by the studio and for existing projects. The main requirement is technical feasibility and compliance with advertising platform requirements. Costs of advertising platforms themselves (Google, social networks, and other services) are paid separately and are not included in the cost of advertising setup and support services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Advertising Formats

The advertising format determines where exactly and in what form the advertising will be placed. The choice of format depends on the project’s goals, the selected advertising platforms, and the specifics of the website or product itself.

Different formats are used in practice: text ads, graphic advertising, combined options, and other solutions suitable for a specific task. The format affects how users see the advertising and how they interact with it.

Each format is considered separately and has clear parameters: placement type, scope of work, launch timelines, and cost. If necessary, several formats may be used simultaneously within one project — they are connected and configured independently of each other.

Advertising placement does not imply automatic changes to the website’s design, structure, or functionality. Any modifications beyond the advertising format are discussed separately.

Available formats and the conditions for their use are fixed in advance before the advertising launch, so it is clear what exactly will be done and to what extent.

Social Media

Advertising on social media is used as a separate promotion channel and is not directly related to the technical part of the website. It operates independently of where and how the site is hosted and is connected based on the project’s objectives.

Advertising placement on social media can be carried out in various formats depending on the platform and the selected strategy. The format determines the type of publication, reach, duration of placement, and the way the audience interacts with it.

Advertising placements are carried out in accordance with the rules and requirements of specific social platforms. Display algorithms, content moderation, and reach distribution are managed by the platforms themselves and depend on their internal mechanisms.

All advertising parameters — format, scope of work, timelines, and cost — are defined in advance, before launch. If changes to the format or scale of placement are required during the process, they are discussed separately.

Advertising on social media does not guarantee specific results and does not include account management or administration unless explicitly agreed upon within the selected service.

Google Advertising

Advertising on Google is a separate promotion channel used to attract traffic through Google advertising tools. It operates independently of how the website is built and does not affect its technical structure unless this is required separately.

Advertising campaigns can be launched in various formats: search ads, partner websites, display network, and other available options. The choice of format depends on advertising objectives and project specifics.

Ad setup and launch are carried out in accordance with Google’s rules. Display algorithms, ad moderation, and reach distribution are determined by the platform itself and are not under direct control.

All advertising parameters — format, scope of work, timelines, and service costs — are agreed in advance, before launch. The advertising budget charged by Google for impressions or clicks is paid separately and is not included in the cost of advertising setup and management services.

Google advertising is used as a tool to attract attention and traffic and does not guarantee sales, inquiries, or other commercial results.

Campaign Setup and Management

Before launching advertising, it is important to properly configure the advertising campaign. This stage includes the preparation of ads, selection of formats, basic parameters, and the logic of ad delivery depending on the project’s objectives.

After launch, campaign management is carried out: monitoring the status of ads, adjusting settings, and maintaining advertising functionality within the selected format. All actions are performed based on previously agreed parameters.

Advertising management does not imply constant changes or daily optimization unless this is explicitly provided for by the service conditions. The scope of work and the management format are determined before launch and depend on the selected advertising solution.

Advertising results depend on many factors, including the platform, competition, and audience behavior. Setup and management are aimed at ensuring the correct operation of advertising, not at achieving predefined performance indicators.

Analytics and Tracking

Analytics helps to understand how advertising behaves after launch. With its help, it is possible to see how many times ads are displayed, how many people click on them, and where traffic comes from.

For this purpose, basic analytics tools are connected, providing a general overview of how advertising campaigns operate. This data is needed to navigate the process and understand what is actually happening with the advertising.

It is important to understand that analytics figures are generated by the advertising platforms themselves and depend on many factors, including algorithms, competition, and user behavior. They may change over time and do not represent a guaranteed result.

Analytics is used as a method of observation and control, not as a promise of leads, sales, or other specific performance indicators. The scope of tracking is selected depending on advertising objectives.

Advertising Budget

The advertising budget is the money spent directly on impressions and clicks within advertising systems. This budget is not for services, but for paying for the advertising itself on the selected platforms.

The size of the budget affects advertising activity: how many people will see the ads and how long they will be displayed. The budget can be set in advance and adjusted during the process if necessary.

It is important to understand that the advertising budget and service costs are different things. The budget is spent by advertising platforms according to their rules, while advertising setup and management services are paid separately.

Budget spending depends on the selected settings, competition, and platform specifics. It does not guarantee specific results but determines the scale and intensity of advertising placement.

Service Pricing

What is the cost of advertising services?
The price depends on the advertising format, selected platforms, and scope of work. There is no universal price “for everyone” — each project is structured around a specific task.

Some services have a fixed cost, where the scope of work and expected result are defined in advance. In more complex or non-standard cases, pricing is formed based on actual objectives, timelines, and the level of involvement in the project.

Service pricing is always specified before work begins. There are no hidden fees, unexpected additional charges, or “mandatory” extra costs during the process. If an expansion or change of format is required, it is discussed separately and in advance.

The advertising budget is paid separately and is not included in the cost of advertising setup and management services unless this is explicitly stated in the description of a specific offer.

Launch Timeline and Procedure

Launch timelines depend on the selected advertising format and the readiness of the source data. In simple cases, advertising can be prepared and launched relatively quickly; in more complex cases, additional time is required for setup and coordination.

Before launch, all key aspects are clarified: advertising format, platforms, budget, and objectives. After that, preparation and campaign launch are carried out within the agreed scope.

Advertising launch begins only after all conditions have been agreed upon and readiness for placement has been confirmed. If changes or additional tasks arise during the process, timelines may be adjusted — such cases are always discussed separately.

Advertising is launched in stages and within the selected solutions, without haste or chaotic actions. The main goal is a correct and stable start, not a formal “quick launch”.

Restrictions and Requirements

When placing advertising, it is important to consider the rules and requirements of advertising platforms. Each system — whether social networks or Google — establishes its own restrictions regarding content, format, and the way advertising materials are presented.

Advertising must comply with platform policies and applicable legislation. Certain topics, formats, or wording may be restricted or prohibited from placement, regardless of the intentions of the parties.

There are also technical requirements for websites and landing pages to which advertising leads. If a project does not meet these requirements, launching advertising may be impossible or may require additional adjustments.

Advertising platforms independently make decisions regarding ad moderation and display. These processes are outside direct control and may affect placement timelines and formats.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

This section contains answers to the most common questions that arise when working with additional services: support, development, and further operation of the website. It explains how the work process is organized, how pricing is formed, and what is included in specific services.

The FAQ helps clarify organizational and technical aspects in advance and understand what to expect during cooperation. This section is informational in nature and complements the main conditions agreed upon for the services.
