CREATION STEPS
The creation of a forum follows a sequential process: from selecting the plan and placing the order to planning the structure, developing the required functionality, technical testing and publishing the finished website.
Website creation steps:
Payment of the order means that the Client accepts the terms of the Public Agreement, the relevant appendix, the Service Provision Regulations and the selected plan. Development begins after payment has been confirmed and the information and materials required to complete the project have been received.
CREATION TIMEFRAMES
The timeframe for creating a forum depends on the scope of work, structural complexity, number of functions and speed of material approval. All stages are completed sequentially without artificially extending the process.

PRICING
Whichever plan is selected, the final price depends on the amount of work actually completed. If, during development, it turns out that less work is required than was included in the selected plan, the price will be recalculated and the difference refunded to the Client.
If the project requires additional work, extra functions or changes that are not included in the selected plan, their cost will be agreed with the Client in advance. No additional work or extra charges will be applied without the Client’s prior approval. There will be no unexpected additional payments after development has started.

WEBSITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Technical support for the forum begins after publication and is intended to keep the launched website working correctly, not to provide unlimited redevelopment. We monitor website availability, SSL and domain status, critical errors, core functions and technical components. Registration, login, profiles, topics, messages, notifications, permissions and core moderation tools are monitored.
If an error appears in a function we have already implemented or in the website configuration, it is corrected as part of support. Minor technical adjustments can also be handled without opening a separate development project when they do not change the website structure, design or logic. New pages and sections, redesign, new functionality, complex integrations, bulk content entry and rebuilding existing logic are not part of technical support and are priced separately.
The initial technical-support period after launch is provided free of charge according to the selected plan. After that period ends, support continues only as a paid service. Additional work is carried out only after its scope and cost have been agreed with the Client.
PROMOTION AND SUPPORT
Promotion of the forum is not an automatic continuation of development and is not included in the website-creation price unless the selected plan explicitly says otherwise. After launch, SEO, analytics and further project development can be ordered as a separate service. The first step is to check whether the pages are technically ready for indexing: headings, metadata, URL structure, internal navigation, speed and mobile behaviour.
The next stage depends on the type of project. For this website the main focus is indexable public sections and community growth. We can analyse search queries and traffic, improve existing pages, create new landing and information pages, configure analytics goals and identify which pages and traffic sources actually generate enquiries or sales.
Promotion does not mean guaranteed search positions and does not imply that a launched website will automatically receive traffic. The scope is agreed separately: it can be a one-off setup, a specific improvement or ongoing work. All paid work is agreed with the Client in advance.

to the Public Agreement for website development and technical maintenance
Terms for the Development of a Forum Website
Revision dated 16.09.2026
1. General provisions
1.1. This Appendix No. 5 (the “Appendix”) forms an integral part of the Public Agreement for website development and technical maintenance (the “Agreement”) and applies to services for the development of a forum website.
1.2. The relationship between the parties is also governed by the current Service Provision Regulations, the description of the selected tariff, the technical specification or a free-form project description, and any other terms directly applicable to the specific order.
1.3. If there is a conflict between the general provisions of the Agreement and the special provisions of this Appendix in matters relating to forum development, the provisions of this Appendix shall apply.
1.4. The scope of the services is determined by the tariff selected and paid for by the Customer that was in force when the order was placed.
2. Subject of the Appendix and purpose of the forum
2.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with a service for the development of a forum website — a system in which the main content and interaction are organised around sections, topics and user posts.
2.2. Within the selected tariff, a forum may include user registration, profiles, sections, topics, posts, search, notifications, private messages, reports, moderation tools, access rights, anti-spam protection and other functional elements.
2.3. The result of the service is a forum website ready for publication or already published within the scope of the selected and paid tariff.
2.4. The Contractor provides the technical platform and agreed functionality but does not guarantee a specific number of users, level of discussion activity, volume of posts or growth of the community.
3. Forum structure and user roles
3.1. Before development begins, the Customer defines or agrees the forum section structure, user roles, moderator permissions, access restrictions and principal publishing rules.
3.2. Within the tariff, public and restricted sections, different user statuses, administrator and moderator roles, and different permissions to create, edit or delete topics and posts may be configured.
3.3. If the Customer materially changes the section hierarchy, role system or access model after work has begun, those changes may be treated as additional work.
4. Registration, profiles and access
4.1. If the selected tariff includes user registration, the Contractor configures account creation, login, password recovery and basic profile functionality within the tariff.
4.2. Additional authentication methods, social login, two-factor authentication, paid membership, subscriptions or complex user-group systems are included only where provided for by the tariff or separately agreed.
4.3. The Customer determines which profile fields and user data are required for the project, taking into account applicable data-protection requirements.
5. User-generated content and discussions
5.1. After launch, the main content of the forum is created by users through topics, posts and other materials provided for by the project.
5.2. As part of development, the Contractor is responsible for the technical operation of the agreed publishing, editing, deletion, quoting, search and other functions within the paid project scope.
5.3. The Contractor is not the author of user-generated content and does not provide ongoing moderation of forum content unless such a service has been separately ordered.
5.4. After launch, the Customer is responsible for organising forum rules, moderator work and control of user-generated content.
6. Moderation, reports and abuse prevention
6.1. Where included in the tariff, the forum may provide reporting tools, moderator controls, user blocking, topic closure, post deletion and other content-management features.
6.2. Technical anti-spam and anti-bot measures reduce the risk of abuse but cannot guarantee the complete absence of spam, automated registrations or prohibited or unwanted content.
6.3. Additional automated moderation, external anti-spam services, AI filters or other paid third-party tools are connected separately unless included in the selected tariff.
7. Search, notifications and external services
7.1. The scope of search, topic subscriptions, email notifications and other notification functions is determined by the selected tariff.
7.2. Email delivery, external notification services, CAPTCHA, social authentication, file storage and other integrations may depend on third-party services and their technical limitations.
7.3. If a third-party service changes its API, conditions, pricing or discontinues the relevant function, any required adaptation is assessed separately.
8. Price, corrections and further development
8.1. The price for development of the forum is determined by the selected tariff and any additional features selected by the Customer.
8.2. If, after analysing the requirements, the work actually required is less than the amount paid for and the actual project price is objectively lower than the amount paid, the difference is refunded to the Customer.
8.3. Correction of technical errors made by the Contractor and bringing the agreed functionality into conformity with the requirements is not treated as an additional service.
8.4. Creation of new user roles, reputation systems, subscriptions, paid functions, private messaging, additional moderation tools, integrations or other functionality not previously agreed is treated as additional work.
8.5. After launch of the forum, further technical development and creation of new functions are treated as a separate order unless the selected tariff expressly provides otherwise.
9. Special tariff conditions
9.1. If the selected tariff includes, for a specified period, a domain name, hosting, an SSL certificate, email, technical support or other related services, they are provided within the terms of the relevant tariff.
9.2. If operation of the forum requires paid licences, subscriptions, anti-spam services, additional server resources or other third-party services not included in the tariff, their cost is agreed and paid separately.
9.3. Technical support included in the tariff covers the correct technical operation of forum functions developed by the Contractor within the paid project scope and does not include ongoing moderation of users or content.
9.4. Delivery and acceptance of the developed forum are carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Agreement. Requests for new sections, user roles, moderation features, integrations or previously unagreed functions are not treated as defects in the completed work.
9.5. Any matters not specifically regulated by this Appendix are governed by the Agreement, the Service Provision Regulations and other documents applicable to the relevant order.
