MEDIA IEU, SIA works on projects in the field of website development, digital solutions, and support of online projects. Specialists are involved for specific tasks and project stages; therefore, the cooperation format is built based on the practical needs of the projects.

Cooperation format
The studio does not use a standardized hiring system. Depending on the project tasks, different formats of cooperation are applied:
— project-based work;
— remote cooperation;
— part-time involvement;
— participation in specific stages of development or support;
— regular participation in projects.
Terms, deadlines, and the level of responsibility are determined individually within the scope of specific tasks.
In case of stable working interaction and aligned approaches, a contractual cooperation format is possible, including office-based work.
Main areas
Within current and future projects, specialists in the following areas are considered:
— web development (frontend / backend);
— website layout and refinement;
— interface and visual design;
— technical support and maintenance of websites;
— SEO and technical optimization;
— work with website structure and content;
— analytics, testing, and quality control;
— photo and video production, including preparation of visual materials for websites, blogs, and digital projects.
Commercial experience and an understanding of web project logic are considered an advantage.
Representatives in European countries
The studio develops projects and digital solutions in various European countries; therefore, a regional representative format is also considered. This format предполагает involvement in local tasks such as communication, project coordination, process support, and development of specific directions.
The representative role is not a fixed position. The scope of tasks, work format, and level of involvement are determined individually and depend on the region, experience, and project objectives.
Journalists and regional content authors
A separate area of cooperation involves journalists and authors working with news and informational materials related to their cities, regions, or specific topics.
Materials of factual and analytical nature are considered: events, changes, local processes, observations, and reviews. The topic and publication format are determined by the project direction and region.
Work approach
Websites, content, and visual materials are treated as working tools that influence results. Within projects, the following are important:
— understanding of tasks and goals;
— accuracy and consistency in execution;
— compliance with deadlines;
— responsibility for results;
— ability to work with requirements and project structure.
Résumés and specialist information
Information about specialists, including résumés, portfolios, and experience descriptions, may be sent by e-mail or via WhatsApp. Submitted materials are stored and taken into account when forming teams for current and future studio projects.
