Jobs and Partnerships

GENERAL INFORMATION

Working with us is not limited to a conventional job. Depending on experience, capabilities and interest in particular projects, we use four forms of cooperation: salaried work, a referral reward for bringing a client, project-based work and partnership in our own internet projects. Each format has its own responsibilities, scope and payment terms.

01

SALARIED WORK

Permanent or long-term work as part of the team, with responsibilities, working arrangements and payment terms agreed in advance.

02

REFER A CLIENT

If you introduce a client who orders our services, the conditions and amount of the referral reward are agreed in advance.

03

PROJECT WORK

A specialist joins a specific task or project. The scope of work, timing and payment are agreed before the work begins.

04

PARTNERSHIP IN OUR PROJECTS

Participation as a partner in our own internet projects. The participation model, each party’s contribution and the conditions for sharing revenue are defined separately for each project.

Salaried work

Salaried work means permanent or long-term work as part of our team, with a defined role and agreed responsibilities. This format is suitable for specialists who are ready to take part in the company’s work on a regular basis and be responsible for their area rather than joining only for a single task.

Before work begins, we agree the responsibilities, workload, schedule, working format and payment terms. Salary is determined individually and depends on the specialisation, experience, level of responsibility and actual workload.

We may need specialists in different areas, including development, WordPress, design, content, SEO, advertising, translation, administration and other work connected with creating and developing internet projects. The specific requirements depend on the position and the company’s current tasks.

For consideration, we need information about your specialisation, experience, examples of completed work and expected payment terms. If the profile matches our current needs, the specific responsibilities and working conditions are agreed separately before the work begins.

Refer a client

If you know a person or company that needs our services, you can introduce us to the potential client and receive a referral reward when an order is placed. You do not need to develop the website, manage the project or take part in the ongoing work with the client — introducing the two sides is enough.

The referral reward can be up to 25% of the value of the services ordered by the referred client. The exact percentage depends on the order and is agreed in advance, before work with the client begins.

This format is suitable for people who work with entrepreneurs, companies, specialists or projects that may need website development or our other services. It can be a one-time referral or several separate clients.

Before referring a client, simply contact us and provide the basic information about the potential order. We then register the referral and agree the reward terms separately.

Project work

Project work means bringing in a specialist for a specific task or a separate stage of a project without permanent employment. Depending on the work in progress, we may need developers, designers, WordPress specialists, content specialists, SEO specialists, advertising specialists, translators and professionals in other areas.

Before the work begins, we agree the specific task, expected result, scope, deadline and price. If a project is divided into stages, the timing and payment for each stage may be fixed separately. Any additional work that was not included in the originally agreed task is agreed separately.

A specialist may be engaged once for a particular task or work with us regularly on different projects. What matters to us is not the form of employment, but the ability to complete the agreed part of the work on time and to the required standard.

To start, we need information about your specialisation, examples of completed work and an indicative price or rate. When a suitable task becomes available, the terms of the specific project are agreed separately before the work begins.

Partnership in our projects

We create and develop our own internet projects and, in selected cases, we are prepared to bring in partners not as employees or contractors, but as participants in a specific project. This form of cooperation is built around the project itself and its future results.

A partner’s contribution can take different forms: financing, development, sales, promotion, professional expertise, access to an audience, responsibility for a particular area, or another resource that has real value for the project. The form of participation is determined individually.

Before cooperation begins, we separately agree each party’s contribution, the share or other form of participation, responsibilities, rights to the result, decision-making procedures and the distribution of revenue. All material terms are defined separately for each project.

Not every project we develop is open to partnership. We use this model only where the other party’s participation can genuinely accelerate the project or materially increase its commercial potential. Partnership means participating both in the result and in the risks connected with the project; a fixed return is not guaranteed in advance.

Who we are ready to work with

We are ready to work with more than developers. Our projects may require specialists in WordPress and programming, design, SEO, advertising, content, translation, administration, sales and client relations, as well as people with experience in other areas that can contribute to the creation and development of internet projects.

For us, practical experience and results matter more than a formal job title or diploma. We look at what a person can actually do, the kinds of tasks they have already solved, whether they can work independently, keep agreements and take responsibility for their part of the work.

We can also work with people who do not perform technical work themselves. This may include people who can find clients, have access to a particular market or audience, bring industry expertise, can help develop sales, or are prepared to participate as partners in our own projects.

The specific form of cooperation depends on the value a person can bring to the company or project. It may be salaried work, project work, a referral reward for bringing a client, or partnership in one of our projects. The conditions for each cooperation are agreed separately.

How to start

How cooperation begins depends on the format. For salaried or project work, brief information about your specialisation, experience, core skills, examples of completed work and the type of engagement you are considering is sufficient.

If the matter concerns a referred client, the first message only needs to explain which service the client requires and how the two sides can be connected. Referral compensation is agreed before work with the client begins.

For partnership in our own projects, it is important to describe from the outset which project or direction you intend to participate in and what contribution you can make: funding, development, sales, promotion, professional expertise, access to an audience or another useful resource.

After receiving the initial information, we determine whether the proposed form of cooperation matches our current needs. Where there is a practical basis for working together, responsibilities, timing, scope of participation and financial terms are then agreed separately.
