Personal website
A complete multi-page website for presenting a person, their work, experience, projects, or servicesA biography, portfolio, publications, contact details, and the required functionality in one unified system
WHAT IS A PERSONAL WEBSITE
A personal website is an online space built around one person, their name, experience, work, and professional identity. It can contain a biography, portfolio, projects, publications, services, appearances, photographs, documents, contact information, and links to external platforms. Its structure is defined not by a company but by how the individual wants to present themselves and their work.
Unlike a social media profile, a personal website gives its owner control over the structure, content, and way information is presented, without being limited by the format of a third-party platform. It can be used by a specialist, expert, author, artist, consultant, executive, or public figure. The website brings scattered information together in one official place and creates a stable personal presence online.
WHAT IS IT SUITABLE FOR
A personal website is suitable for professionals and public figures who need to collect all important information about themselves in one controlled space. It works well for experts, consultants, authors, designers, photographers, artists, executives, teachers, and other professionals who need to present their experience, projects, publications, services, or portfolio.
It is especially useful for people who work under their own name and need an official information source that does not depend on a social network. The site can support professional reputation, client acquisition, publishing, speaking engagements, biography, contact details, and links to external platforms.

CREATION STEPS
The creation of a personal website follows a sequential process: from selecting the plan and placing the order to planning the structure, developing the required functionality, technical testing and publishing the finished website.
Website creation steps:
Payment of the order means that the Client accepts the terms of the Public Agreement, the relevant appendix, the Service Provision Regulations and the selected plan. Development begins after payment has been confirmed and the information and materials required to complete the project have been received.
CREATION TIMEFRAMES
The timeframe for creating a personal website depends on the scope of work, structural complexity, number of functions and speed of material approval. All stages are completed sequentially without artificially extending the process.
Estimated timeframes:
Average creation time for a personal website: 8–15 working days.
PRICING
Whichever plan is selected, the final price depends on the amount of work actually completed. If, during development, it turns out that less work is required than was included in the selected plan, the price will be recalculated and the difference refunded to the Client.
If the project requires additional work, extra functions or changes that are not included in the selected plan, their cost will be agreed with the Client in advance. No additional work or extra charges will be applied without the Client’s prior approval. There will be no unexpected additional payments after development has started.

WEBSITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Technical support for the personal website begins after publication and is intended to keep the launched website working correctly, not to provide unlimited redevelopment. We monitor website availability, SSL and domain status, critical errors, core functions and technical components. Pages, portfolio, publications, contact forms, social links and the display of newly added material are checked.
If an error appears in a function we have already implemented or in the website configuration, it is corrected as part of support. Minor technical adjustments can also be handled without opening a separate development project when they do not change the website structure, design or logic. New pages and sections, redesign, new functionality, complex integrations, bulk content entry and rebuilding existing logic are not part of technical support and are priced separately.
The initial technical-support period after launch is provided free of charge according to the selected plan. After that period ends, support continues only as a paid service. Additional work is carried out only after its scope and cost have been agreed with the Client.
PROMOTION AND SUPPORT
Promotion of the personal website is not an automatic continuation of development and is not included in the website-creation price unless the selected plan explicitly says otherwise. After launch, SEO, analytics and further project development can be ordered as a separate service. The first step is to check whether the pages are technically ready for indexing: headings, metadata, URL structure, internal navigation, speed and mobile behaviour.
The next stage depends on the type of project. For this website the main focus is personal brand visibility, portfolio and publication reach. We can analyse search queries and traffic, improve existing pages, create new landing and information pages, configure analytics goals and identify which pages and traffic sources actually generate enquiries or sales.
Promotion does not mean guaranteed search positions and does not imply that a launched website will automatically receive traffic. The scope is agreed separately: it can be a one-off setup, a specific improvement or ongoing work. All paid work is agreed with the Client in advance.
Recommended blocks and features
Below are the features most commonly recommended for this website type. This is not a limitation: any of the 200 available features can be added when needed. The final price depends on the selected features, pricing plan, scope of work and required integrations.

Appendix No. 10
to the Public Agreement for website development and technical maintenance
Terms for the Development of a Personal Website
Revision dated 16.09.2026
1. General provisions
1.1. This Appendix No. 10 forms an integral part of the Public Agreement for website development and technical maintenance and applies to personal-website development services.
1.2. The current Service Provision Regulations, selected tariff, technical specification or free-form project description and other terms directly applicable to the order also apply.
1.3. In matters specifically concerning development of a personal website, this Appendix prevails over conflicting general provisions of the Agreement.
1.4. The service scope is determined by the tariff selected and paid for by the Customer when the order was placed.
2. Subject and purpose of the personal website
2.1. The Contractor develops a website intended to present a specific person, their professional activity, experience, biography, expertise, projects, publications, services, works or other materials.
2.2. A personal website may be created for an author, specialist, consultant, teacher, expert, artist, musician, photographer, designer, public figure, entrepreneur or another person requiring an independent online presence.
2.3. Depending on the selected tariff, the website may include a biography, portfolio, projects, services, publications, blog, media materials, testimonials, calendar, contact forms, links to social profiles, subscriptions and other agreed functions.
2.4. The Contractor provides the technical and visual basis of the website but does not guarantee growth in personal recognition, followers, enquiries, clients, media coverage, search rankings or other personal-brand indicators.
3. Customer materials and personal content
3.1. The Customer provides biographical information, texts, photographs, video, logos, images of works, documents, publications, links and other materials required for the website.
3.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and for holding the necessary rights to use photographs, texts, works, testimonials, logos, publications and other submitted materials.
3.3. The Contractor places and technically formats materials within the selected tariff. New copywriting, professional photography, video production, translation, editing, retouching or other content creation is performed only if separately agreed unless included in the tariff.
3.4. Material changes to the biography, service list, portfolio structure or other source materials after approval may require additional work to rebuild already completed pages.
4. Portfolio, projects and publications
4.1. Depending on the tariff, the website may include a portfolio, projects, case studies, books, articles, talks, interviews, photographs, video, audio and other materials related to the Customer’s activity.
4.2. The number of pages, project entries, publications or other items created initially is determined by the selected tariff.
4.3. Where the project includes a blog, publication archive, categories, tags, search or filtering, the corresponding structure is created within the agreed functionality.
4.4. Bulk migration of old publications, archives, photographs, video or other materials from another website or service is separate work unless expressly included in the tariff.
5. Services, contact forms and appointments
5.1. If the website is used to promote the Customer’s professional services, it may contain service descriptions, pricing or pricing principles, enquiry forms, contact information and other communication tools.
5.2. Contact forms, consultation booking, calendars, time-slot reservation, mailing-list subscriptions and other interactive functions are created only within the selected tariff.
5.3. Integrations with calendars, video-conferencing, payment services, CRM, mailing systems or other external platforms are implemented where technically possible and included in the tariff or separately agreed.
5.4. The Contractor is not responsible for the actual delivery of consultations or services, processing of enquiries or communication between the Customer and website visitors after handover.
6. Design and individual visual presentation
6.1. The website’s visual presentation is developed with regard to the Customer’s activity, supplied materials and the possibilities of the selected tariff.
6.2. Specific photographs, brand colours, fonts, logos or other visual elements may be used where supplied by the Customer and covered by the necessary usage rights.
6.3. A material change to the approved visual direction, complete redesign of approved pages or creation of additional unique design variants may be treated as additional work.
7. Search, social networks and external platforms
7.1. Within the tariff, the website may be prepared for search-engine indexing, analytics and links to the Customer’s external profiles.
7.2. Integration with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Telegram, publishing services, podcast platforms and other external resources depends on the technical capabilities and rules of the relevant platform.
7.3. The Contractor does not guarantee continued operation of a third-party integration if the platform changes its API, rules, pricing, access or support for the relevant function.
7.4. Basic SEO preparation does not guarantee specific search positions, a defined level of traffic or a particular number of enquiries.
8. Corrections, updates and development
8.1. Correction of the Contractor’s technical errors and bringing agreed functionality into conformity with the requirements is not an additional service.
8.2. New sections, projects, publications, language versions, forms, integrations or other previously unagreed functionality are additional work unless the tariff expressly provides otherwise.
8.3. After launch, regular updates to the biography, portfolio, publications, photographs, video, services and other content are performed by the Customer or under a separately ordered administration service.
8.4. Expansion of the personal website into a full news portal, catalogue, online store, learning platform, private club or another service is treated as a separate project extension.
9. Price, support and acceptance
9.1. The development price is determined by the selected tariff and additional features selected by the Customer.
9.2. If the work actually required is less than the paid scope and the actual project price is objectively lower than the amount paid, the difference is refunded to the Customer.
9.3. Work beyond the paid scope is performed only after agreement on price, volume and conditions. No paid additional work is performed without prior approval.
9.4. Paid licences, external services, subscriptions, additional server resources and other third-party services not included in the tariff are paid separately.
9.5. Technical support included in the tariff covers correct technical operation of the developed website within the paid scope and does not include ongoing personal-brand management, content publishing, social-media management or marketing.
9.6. Delivery and acceptance are governed by the Agreement. Requests for new content, additional pages or expanded functionality are not defects in completed work.
9.7. Matters not specifically regulated by this Appendix are governed by the Agreement, the Service Provision Regulations and other documents applicable to the order.
