This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the Site-building.com website, located at https://site-building.com, operated by MEDIA IEU, SIA, registration number 40203268669, legal address: Latvia, LV-5201, Jēkabpils, Andreja Pormaļa iela 15 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
This Policy has been developed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), as well as the applicable legislation of the Republic of Latvia on personal data protection.
The Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about users when they use the Site-building.com website, including information provided by users themselves and data collected automatically when visiting the website.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

11. Final Provisions
11.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Privacy Policy. A new version of the Policy enters into force from the moment it is published on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
11.2. This Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
11.3. In case of discrepancies between language versions of this Policy, the Latvian-language version shall prevail and be legally binding.
