Catalogue website
A complete multi-page website for presenting a company’s products, services, or offersCategories, product or service pages, convenient navigation, and the required functionality in one unified system
WHAT IS A CATALOGUE WEBSITE
A catalogue website is designed to present a large number of products, services, properties, or offers in a structured way without requiring online purchasing. Its core consists of categories, individual item pages, specifications, photographs, filters, and search. Visitors can browse the range, compare options, and open detailed information for each item.
The main difference from an online store is that a catalogue does not have to include a shopping cart, checkout, or online payment. Its purpose is to display the available range clearly and lead the visitor to the next action, such as calling, requesting a price, sending an enquiry, visiting a location, or contacting a manager. If required, sales functions can later be added and the catalogue can grow into a full online store.
WHAT IS IT SUITABLE FOR
A catalogue website is suitable when a large range of products, services, properties, or offers needs to be presented but online purchasing is not essential. It works well for businesses where customers first compare options, specifications, and images, then contact a manager, request a price, visit a location, or place an individual order.
This format is effective for manufacturers, wholesalers, property companies, equipment suppliers, furniture businesses, vehicle sellers, building-material companies, professional services, and B2B sectors. A catalogue structures large amounts of information clearly and can later be expanded with a cart and payments if the project needs to become an online store.

CREATION STEPS
The creation of a catalogue website follows a sequential process: from selecting the plan and placing the order to planning the structure, developing the required functionality, technical testing and publishing the finished website.
Website creation steps:
Payment of the order means that the Client accepts the terms of the Public Agreement, the relevant appendix, the Service Provision Regulations and the selected plan. Development begins after payment has been confirmed and the information and materials required to complete the project have been received.
CREATION TIMEFRAMES
The timeframe for creating a catalogue website depends on the scope of work, structural complexity, number of functions and speed of material approval. All stages are completed sequentially without artificially extending the process.
Estimated timeframes:
Average creation time for a catalogue website: 17–35 working days.
PRICING
Whichever plan is selected, the final price depends on the amount of work actually completed. If, during development, it turns out that less work is required than was included in the selected plan, the price will be recalculated and the difference refunded to the Client.
If the project requires additional work, extra functions or changes that are not included in the selected plan, their cost will be agreed with the Client in advance. No additional work or extra charges will be applied without the Client’s prior approval. There will be no unexpected additional payments after development has started.

WEBSITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Technical support for the catalogue website begins after publication and is intended to keep the launched website working correctly, not to provide unlimited redevelopment. We monitor website availability, SSL and domain status, critical errors, core functions and technical components. Categories, subcategories, item pages, search, filters, enquiry forms and catalogue display when new items are added are checked.
If an error appears in a function we have already implemented or in the website configuration, it is corrected as part of support. Minor technical adjustments can also be handled without opening a separate development project when they do not change the website structure, design or logic. New pages and sections, redesign, new functionality, complex integrations, bulk content entry and rebuilding existing logic are not part of technical support and are priced separately.
The initial technical-support period after launch is provided free of charge according to the selected plan. After that period ends, support continues only as a paid service. Additional work is carried out only after its scope and cost have been agreed with the Client.
PROMOTION AND SUPPORT
Promotion of the catalogue website is not an automatic continuation of development and is not included in the website-creation price unless the selected plan explicitly says otherwise. After launch, SEO, analytics and further project development can be ordered as a separate service. The first step is to check whether the pages are technically ready for indexing: headings, metadata, URL structure, internal navigation, speed and mobile behaviour.
The next stage depends on the type of project. For this website the main focus is category pages, item pages, filters and catalogue search visibility. We can analyse search queries and traffic, improve existing pages, create new landing and information pages, configure analytics goals and identify which pages and traffic sources actually generate enquiries or sales.
Promotion does not mean guaranteed search positions and does not imply that a launched website will automatically receive traffic. The scope is agreed separately: it can be a one-off setup, a specific improvement or ongoing work. All paid work is agreed with the Client in advance.
Recommended blocks and features
Below are the features most commonly recommended for this website type. This is not a limitation: any of the 200 available features can be added when needed. The final price depends on the selected features, pricing plan, scope of work and required integrations.

Appendix No. 4
to the Public Agreement for website development and technical maintenance
Terms for the Development of a Catalogue Website
Revision dated 16.09.2026
1. General provisions
1.1. This Appendix No. 4 forms an integral part of the Public Agreement for website development and technical maintenance and applies to services for the development of a catalogue website.
1.2. The relationship between the parties is also governed by the current Service Provision Regulations, the selected tariff description, the technical specification or a free-form project description, and other terms directly applicable to the specific order.
1.3. If the general provisions of the Agreement conflict with the special provisions of this Appendix in matters relating to catalogue development, the provisions of this Appendix shall apply.
1.4. The scope of services is determined by the tariff selected and paid for by the Customer that was in force when the order was placed.
2. Subject of the Appendix
2.1. The Contractor develops a catalogue website for the structured presentation of products, services, properties, models or other entries using categories, subcategories, item cards and the search and filtering tools provided for by the project.
2.2. The catalogue may include categories and subcategories, item-card templates, attributes and parameters, images, search, filters, enquiry forms, information pages, language versions, a user account, data import and integrations.
2.3. The result is a catalogue website ready for publication or already published within the scope of the selected and paid tariff.
2.4. The volume of categories, cards, attributes, filters, language versions and integrations is determined by the selected tariff.
2.5. A catalogue website is not, by itself, an online store. A shopping basket, full checkout process, online payments and inventory management are included only where expressly provided for by the tariff or separately agreed and paid for.
3. Catalogue structure and requirements
3.1. The Customer submits requirements through a structured technical specification or a free-form project description.
3.2. The Customer specifies the catalogue structure, categories, card types, attributes, search and filtering principles and required language versions.
3.3. The Contractor may request sample data and additional clarification.
3.4. The catalogue data structure, card fields and filtering logic are created on the basis of the Customer's information and the paid tariff scope.
3.5. Clarification of requirements does not, by itself, increase the paid tariff scope.
4. Scope of work
4.1. Depending on the tariff, the work may include catalogue architecture, card templates, attributes and filters, categories, initial cards, search, sorting, enquiry forms, a user account, data import, basic SEO preparation, responsive design, testing and publication.
4.2. The exact volume of categories, cards, filters, attributes, account functions, integrations and language versions is determined by the selected tariff.
4.3. The technical possibility of implementing a function does not mean that it is automatically included in the tariff price.
4.4. Additional categories, card types, attributes, filters, account functions, integrations and language versions are performed only after separate agreement.
5. Catalogue data and initial population
5.1. The Customer provides the list of categories, item names and descriptions, images, attributes, prices where used, documents, links and other required information.
5.2. If the tariff includes initial placement or import of a specified number of cards, the data must be supplied in a previously agreed format suitable for processing.
5.3. The field structure of CSV, XLSX or another structured data file is agreed before bulk import.
5.4. Manual transcription, classification, image processing or collection of data from PDF files, scanned documents, images or third-party websites is not automatically included in the price of initial population.
5.5. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the data and for the necessary rights to the submitted materials.
5.6. Time spent waiting for data or clarifications is not included in the performance period.
6. Search, filters and integrations
6.1. Search and filters are configured only for the data fields and attributes provided for by the project.
6.2. Changes to the attribute structure, filter types or data logic after work has begun may be treated as additional work.
6.3. Integrations with CRM, ERP, supplier databases, APIs or external catalogues depend on the technical capabilities of the relevant system and the agreed scope of work.
6.4. Adaptation required because a third party changes its API, data structure or access conditions is assessed separately.
7. Price and changes to scope
7.1. The price is determined by the selected tariff and any additional features selected by the Customer.
7.2. If the actual scope of work is lower than the amount paid for and the actual project price is lower, the difference is refunded to the Customer.
7.3. Increasing the number of categories, card types, attributes, filters, language versions, account functions or integrations after work has begun is performed only after the price has been agreed.
7.4. The Contractor does not perform paid additional work without the Customer's prior approval.
8. Corrections and further development
8.1. The Customer may report errors or non-conformities in the agreed catalogue structure, card template, filters, search and import.
8.2. Correction of the Contractor's technical errors is not an additional service.
8.3. Creation of new categories, card types, attributes, filters, account functions, integrations or a new data structure is not an ordinary correction.
8.4. After launch, regular addition of new items, data updates, imports, catalogue administration or functional expansion are provided as separate services unless the tariff expressly provides otherwise.
9. Special tariff conditions
9.1. A domain name, hosting, SSL, email or technical support included in the tariff for a specified period are provided under the terms of the relevant tariff.
9.2. Paid licences, subscriptions, APIs, external databases and other third-party services not included in the tariff are paid for separately.
9.3. Technical support covers correct operation of the catalogue functions developed by the Contractor and does not include ongoing catalogue population, data updates or development of new functions.
9.4. Requests for new categories, cards, filters, attributes, integrations or previously unagreed functions are not treated as defects in completed work.
9.5. Matters not specifically regulated by this Appendix are governed by the Agreement, the Service Provision Regulations and other documents applicable to the order.
