ADVERTISING PLACEMENT
Placement, management, and support of advertising materialsThis section regulates the procedure for providing advertising placement services, management of advertising campaigns, and interaction with advertising platforms within the framework of the current project.
MAIN ADVERTISING PLACEMENT DIRECTIONS
Advertising is placed within approved formats and the advertising directions available within the project. Specific platforms, placement types, publication periods and display conditions are determined by the selected package and the applicable advertising-material placement rules. The scope of services and work depends on the placement parameters and the applicable service conditions.
YOUR ONLINE PRESENCE
Google and YouTube. Basic online presence for the project. Technical preparation and connection of advertising tools.
SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING
Facebook and Instagram. Placement of advertising materials on social media, taking account of platform formats and package parameters.
ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
Setup and management. Launch and management of an advertising campaign. Placement control and compliance with the agreed conditions.
CONTENT CREATION
Texts and advertising materials. Preparation of advertising texts and materials for use within advertising placements.
General information
Online advertising placement is a separate service area and is not directly tied to website development. A completed website is a fully functional product and can be used without connecting advertising tools. Advertising services are added only when needed — to attract traffic, increase project visibility and test demand.
Advertising formats, channels and the scope of work are agreed in advance. Service fees and the advertising budget are determined before the campaign is launched, with no hidden conditions or unexpected additional charges. If the format, platform or volume of advertising needs to change during the process, those changes are agreed separately.
Advertising can be arranged both for websites developed by our studio and for existing projects. The main requirements are technical compatibility with advertising tools and compliance with the requirements of the selected platforms. Costs charged by Google, social networks and other advertising platforms are paid separately and are not included in the price of advertising setup and management unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Advertising formats
The advertising format determines where and in what form the advertising material will be placed. The choice depends on the goals of the project, the platform being used, the type of product and the action expected from the user.
Text ads, graphic materials, combined formats and other solutions suitable for the specific task may be used. Each format is considered separately: the placement method, scope of work, launch timing and cost are defined in advance.
Several advertising formats can be used within one project at the same time when needed. They are connected and configured independently, so the composition of the campaign can be changed without rebuilding the entire advertising system.
Connecting advertising does not in itself require changes to the design, structure or functionality of the website. If the selected format requires additional technical work, that work is agreed separately before implementation begins.
Available formats and their conditions of use are fixed before advertising is launched so that it is clear in advance what materials will be placed, on which platforms and what scope of work is included in the service.
Advertising on Google
Google advertising is used to attract targeted traffic through the platform’s advertising tools and works independently of how the website was developed. It is connected as a separate service and does not require changes to the website’s structure or functionality unless the selected format requires additional technical work.
Depending on the goals of the project, search ads, display formats, placements on partner websites and other Google advertising tools may be used. The specific format is selected according to the campaign objectives, audience, product and advertising budget.
Setup and launch are carried out in accordance with Google’s rules. Ad moderation, delivery algorithms, cost per click, distribution of reach and other advertising-system parameters are determined by the platform itself and may change independently of the service provider.
The cost of setup and management is agreed before launch. The advertising budget charged by Google for impressions, clicks or other actions is paid separately and is not included in the price of our services unless explicitly stated otherwise. Google advertising is a tool for attracting attention and traffic, but it does not guarantee a specific number of enquiries, sales or any other commercial result.
Campaign setup and management
Before advertising is launched, the campaign is prepared: objectives, formats, key delivery parameters and the placement structure are defined. Where necessary, advertisements and other materials required by the selected advertising platform are prepared.
After launch, the campaign is managed within the agreed scope of work. The status of advertisements, the operation of the placement and the correctness of the main settings are checked. If parameters need to be changed, this is done within the selected service or agreed separately.
Advertising management does not mean continuous daily optimisation, creation of new materials or constant changes to the campaign unless such work is explicitly included in the selected package. The scope of management, frequency of actions and included work are determined before launch.
Advertising effectiveness depends not only on campaign settings but also on the advertising platform, competition, the offer, budget and audience behaviour. Setup and management are intended to ensure that the campaign operates correctly under the agreed conditions and do not guarantee a predetermined commercial result.
Analytics and tracking
Analytics makes it possible to see how advertising performs after launch: how often ads are shown, how many users click on them and where the traffic comes from. Available tools from the advertising platforms are used for this purpose and, where necessary, basic web-analytics tools can also be connected.
The scope of tracking depends on the goals of the project and the selected advertising format. Within the agreed service, key campaign metrics, traffic sources and other data needed to understand the actual performance of the advertising may be monitored.
Metrics are generated by advertising and analytics platforms and may depend on their algorithms, measurement methods, competition and user behaviour. Statistical data can therefore change over time and should not be treated as a guaranteed forecast of future results.
Analytics is used to observe, monitor and evaluate the actual performance of advertising. It helps support campaign decisions but does not in itself guarantee a specific number of enquiries, sales or other commercial results.
Advertising budget
The advertising budget is the amount spent directly on placing advertising on the selected platforms. These funds are used to pay for impressions, clicks or other actions defined by the advertising system and are not payment for our services.
The size of the budget affects the scale and intensity of the placement, including the potential number of impressions, reach and duration of the campaign. The budget is set before launch and can be changed during the campaign if necessary and agreed.
The advertising budget and the cost of setup and management services are accounted for separately. The platform deducts advertising funds according to its own rules, while campaign preparation, launch and management are paid separately according to the selected service.
Actual budget expenditure depends on campaign settings, competition, placement costs and the advertising platform’s algorithms. The size of the budget alone does not guarantee a specific number of enquiries, sales or any other commercial result.
Service pricing
The cost of advertising services depends on the selected platforms, placement format and scope of work. There is no single universal price for every project: the service is structured around the specific task and the parameters of the advertising campaign.
Standard work may be offered at a fixed price when the scope and content of the service are clear in advance. For more complex or non-standard tasks, pricing is calculated individually according to the timing, amount of work and required level of management.
The price is agreed before work begins. No hidden charges or mandatory additional costs are added during the process without separate agreement. If the scope of work needs to be expanded or the service format changed, the revised price is discussed in advance.
The advertising budget is paid separately and is not included in the cost of advertising setup and management unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer.
Launch timing and process
Launch timing depends on the selected advertising format, the platforms involved and the readiness of the source materials. Standard campaigns can usually be prepared more quickly, while more complex placements require additional time for setup, checks and approval.
Before work begins, the main parameters are agreed: the advertising format, platforms to be used, advertising budget, campaign objectives and required scope of work. Materials are then prepared, the technical setup is completed and the campaign is launched in the agreed format.
Advertising is launched once all necessary conditions have been confirmed and the campaign is ready for placement. If the source information, advertising format or scope of work changes during preparation, the schedule may be revised. Such changes are agreed separately.
The priority is a correct launch and stable campaign operation rather than simply achieving the shortest possible timeline. Individual stages may therefore be completed sequentially when this is necessary to verify settings, pass moderation or meet the requirements of the advertising platform.
Restrictions and requirements
Advertising is placed subject to the rules of the relevant advertising platform. Google, social networks and other services set their own requirements for ad content, images, presentation format, landing pages and certain categories of goods or services.
Advertising materials must comply with platform requirements and applicable law. Certain topics, wording, images or promotional methods may be restricted or prohibited entirely regardless of the advertising plan agreed in advance.
Requirements may also apply to the website or page to which the advertisement leads. If the landing page does not meet the technical, informational or other requirements of the advertising system, launch may be delayed until the issues are corrected or additional work may be required.
The advertising platform itself decides whether an advertisement is approved for delivery as part of its moderation process. Changes to platform rules, rejected ads, additional reviews or other platform restrictions are outside the service provider’s direct control and may affect the timing and format of placement.

Appendix No. 15
to the Public Agreement for website development and technical maintenance
Terms for Promotion and Advertising Services
Revision dated 16.09.2026
1. General provisions
1.1. This Appendix governs SEO, search visibility, advertising tools, analytics and campaigns. It applies with the Agreement, service description, commercial offer and invoice. Before paid work starts, channel, territory, platform, scope, period, budget, charging model and result criterion are defined.
2. Types of services
2.1. Services may include technical SEO, visibility in Google, Bing, Yahoo and other agreed search engines, analytics and campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads. Only the agreed scope is chargeable.
3. Website preparation
3.1. The website must be technically indexable and measurable. Required fixes, new pages, performance work, structured data and advanced analytics are separate work unless included.
4. Search promotion
4.1. Search engines determine indexing and rankings. A specific position is guaranteed only if expressly defined as the paid measurable result. Algorithm and competition changes may affect visibility.
5. Advertising campaigns
5.1. The Customer supplies accurate and lawful advertising information and required rights. The platform independently decides moderation, account availability, auction price and impressions; the Contractor cannot guarantee platform approval.
6. Advertising budget
6.1. The Contractor fee and advertising-platform budget are separate unless stated otherwise. Platform charges, subscriptions and licences are paid separately. The Contractor does not determine final CPC, CPM or lead prices.
7. Result-based payment
7.1. Where payment is linked to results, the measurable result must be defined before work: visibility, position, indexing, traffic, click, enquiry or another objective metric. “Payment for results” does not by itself guarantee sales, profit, ROI or customer count.
8. Analytics
8.1. Measurement may use Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, advertising accounts, server statistics and CRM. Different systems may report different numbers; advanced attribution is separate work unless included.
9. Content and landing pages
9.1. Promotion may require changes to pages, copy, images or forms. The Customer remains responsible for factual accuracy of product, price, guarantee and offer information.
10. Third-party platform changes
10.1. Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms independently change algorithms, APIs, prices and rules. Required reconfiguration may be additional work.
11. Customer obligations
11.1. The Customer provides necessary access and timely updates about prices, availability and legal restrictions. For result-based services, the Customer must not make uncoordinated changes that directly affect measurement.
12. No guarantee of commercial outcome
12.1. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Contractor does not guarantee sales, profit, revenue, customer, call or enquiry volume or return on advertising spend. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees.
13. Suspension and termination
13.1. Service may be suspended for missing payment, access, budget or materials or legal or technical obstacles. After termination, the Contractor is not obliged to maintain achieved rankings or advertising metrics.
14. Data and access
14.1. Access is used only for agreed work. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and applicable law; third-party search, advertising, analytics, payment and technical providers may be used as necessary.
15. Language versions and final terms
15.1. The Latvian version is legally controlling. Payment constitutes acceptance of this Appendix, the specific order and the Agreement. Other matters are governed by the Agreement and Service Provision Regulations.
MEDIA IEU, SIA

Social media
Social media advertising is used as a separate promotional channel and does not depend on the technical side of the website. It is connected according to the goals of the project and can be used both to attract a new audience and to promote specific products, services or offers.
The placement format depends on the selected platform, campaign objectives and available advertising tools. This may include posts, graphic materials, advertisements and other formats supported by the particular social network. For each placement, the format, scope of work, timing and cost are agreed in advance.
Ad delivery, content moderation and distribution of reach are handled by the advertising platform itself and depend on its algorithms, rules and internal restrictions. We can configure and manage the placement, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of impressions, enquiries, sales or any other predetermined result.
Page and account management, regular content publishing, replies to users and other social-media management work are not included in advertising placement unless those services are agreed separately.
