What this property website is
It is a dedicated one-page website created for a single specific real estate property — an apartment, house, residence, or commercial space. This type of website is not an advertising portal and does not compete with listing platforms. It works as a standalone presentation of the property, where all information is collected in one place and presented in a clear, logical sequence.
The property website features photos, descriptions, specifications, information about the area, sale or rental terms, and direct contact with the owner. Buyers or tenants are not distracted by other offers, ads, or unrelated properties — their attention remains focused on one option only.
A dedicated website format emphasizes the seriousness of the seller’s intentions, creates a sense of a well-structured transaction, and increases trust. The property is perceived not as a random listing, but as a valuable offer with clear logic and transparent presentation.
How it helps sell or rent at a higher price
A dedicated property website immediately changes how the property is perceived by buyers or tenants. Instead of a standard listing among dozens of similar options, a person sees a full presentation designed as an independent offer. This automatically increases the property’s status and creates the impression of a well-thought-out, serious transaction.
This format strengthens trust: buyers feel transparency, openness, and control from the seller. When all information is structured logically and consistently, doubts are reduced — and with them, the desire to negotiate. The price begins to feel justified rather than arbitrary.
The website allows the focus to shift away from compromises and toward the property’s value: layout, location, usage scenarios, and atmosphere. As a result, the property stops being compared by the “cheaper–more expensive” principle and starts being evaluated as a standalone offer, which directly affects the ability to maintain a higher sale or rental price.
What a real estate website looks like
A real estate website is a single page that reads like a clear property presentation: at the top, the key details are immediately visible (property type, location, price/terms), and below that, all information unfolds according to the logic of viewing and decision-making. The buyer does not “search in fragments” but goes through the property step by step, as during a personal viewing.
Visually, the website looks clean and well-organized: large photos, clear sections, and a minimum of distracting elements. On mobile devices, everything scrolls smoothly with one finger, and important contact buttons remain visible. The structure usually includes a short description and key advantages, a photo gallery, specifications (size, floor, layout, condition, utilities), information about the building and area, map/location, deal terms, and contact details.
The main principle is one property in focus. There are no other listings, banners, or “similar options.” As a result, attention stays on your property, and the presentation feels like professional material that is easier to trust.
What the property website includes
The property website is built as a complete presentation that contains everything a buyer or tenant needs to make a decision. Each section has a specific purpose and is arranged in a clear logical sequence, without unnecessary elements or distractions.
The website typically includes: a hero section with key property information, a detailed description, a photo gallery, floor plans and main specifications (size, floor, building type, condition), information about the area and infrastructure, a map with location, sale or rental terms, and direct contact details of the owner or representative.
The website is fully responsive, loads quickly, and displays correctly on phones, tablets, and computers. If needed, a contact form, messenger buttons, the ability to update information, and to hide the property after the deal is completed can be added. As a result, the website remains simple to use while functioning as a full-fledged sales or rental tool.
Who this solution is for
This solution is designed for property owners who want to sell or rent their property consciously and without unnecessary pressure from intermediaries. A dedicated property website is especially suitable for those who value control over how information is presented and aim to show their property as a valuable, well-thought-out offer rather than a standard listing.
This format works well for private owners of apartments and houses, investors renting out properties, as well as for selling higher-class real estate, unconventional layouts, or properties in strong locations. In such cases, it is important not just to state the price, but to clearly explain its value.
The solution is also suitable for those who list a property on multiple platforms and use the website as the main entry point — a link that can easily be shared with buyers, tenants, lawyers, or partners. In this case, the website becomes the central element of all communication around the property.
Why buyers trust this format
A dedicated property website creates a sense of order and transparency. Buyers see that the information is collected thoughtfully, structured clearly, and not hidden behind short listing phrases. This forms the impression that the seller is in control of the process and treats the transaction seriously.
When a property is presented on its own page, without other offers or advertising, the level of mistrust decreases. Buyers do not need to wonder whether the property is “one of many” or a temporary posting. The website format shows that the property is highlighted separately and has value on its own.
The consistent flow of information — from visual perception to details and terms — mirrors the logic of a personal viewing. This approach is perceived as more honest and understandable, making decision-making easier and increasing trust in both the seller and the transaction.

Rules for preparing the technical assignment
This information should be used when submitting the technical assignment in free form, by consistently filling in points 1–10 and providing data for each section of the website; photographs must be sent attached in high resolution, with a clear indication of which point or website block each image relates to.
- This website is adapted for short-term and long-term property rentals. It does not support online booking or reservation functionality — booking systems are a separate solution. When preparing the technical assignment, it is sufficient to indicate that the property is intended for rental; the content and structure will be adjusted accordingly.
Launch timeline
The launch of a one-page website for a real estate property takes from 2 to 5 days from the moment all information about the property is provided. During this time, the website structure is adapted to the specific apartment or house, the visual presentation is selected, and the main blocks are configured.
The timeline depends on the readiness of the materials: photographs, description, layout, and transaction terms. If all data is provided at once and does not require revisions, the website can be published within the minimum timeframe. If edits or additions are needed, the launch time may be adjusted but remains within the stated range.
This format makes it possible to quickly bring a property to the market for sale or rent without lengthy preparation or waiting, while maintaining a clean and professional presentation.
Property website pricing
The cost of a one-page website for a real estate property depends on the number of language versions:
299 € — website in 1 language
549 € — website in 2 languages
699 € — website in 3 languages
The price includes a .com domain for 1 year, website hosting for 3 months, as well as technical support for 3 months. During this period, stable website operation, correct display on all devices, and basic technical support are provided.
Website texts are provided by the client in all selected languages.
If professional content translation is required, translation is paid separately —
50 € for each additional language.
The price is fixed and transparent in advance, with no hidden conditions or additional fees. The website is delivered as a fully ready tool for selling or renting a specific real estate property.
Technical support
During the technical support period, the property website is kept fully functional and up to date. Updates are made carefully and without changing the overall structure: text edits, photo replacement, price updates, changes to sale or rental terms, and contact details.
All technical changes are carried out without the owner’s involvement and without any risk of affecting the appearance or functionality of the website. This ensures correct display on all devices and stable operation throughout the entire support period.
After the transaction is completed, the property can be hidden, marked as sold or rented, or used as an archive example. This approach prevents outdated information from appearing and maintains a clean and professional website appearance.
Property promotion
The one-page property website is already optimized and ready to be used as the central point of all communication when selling or renting real estate. The website link can be conveniently placed in listings on portals, shared with potential buyers via messengers, and used during negotiations.
Thanks to its ready-made structure and optimization, the buyer immediately receives a complete and clear overview of the property on a single page. This improves the quality of inquiries, reduces the number of random requests, and saves time on explanations.
The website is designed from the start to display correctly in search results and on all devices. As a result, the property appears more convincing and clearly stands out compared to standard listings where information is presented in fragments.
Frequently asked questions
This section contains answers to the main questions that property owners may have when using a one-page property website. They help to understand in advance the format of the solution, its capabilities, and the workflow, without the need to deal with technical details.
1. Can the website be used together with listings on real estate portals?
Yes. The property website does not replace listings but complements them. The website link is used as the main source of information and allows directing interested buyers to one structured page.
2. Can the information be changed after the website is published?
After the website is published, changes are made for an additional fee. Text edits, photo replacement, price updates, changes to sale or rental terms, as well as contact details are possible without altering the website structure.
3. Is the website suitable for rental, not only for sale?
Yes. The one-page website format works equally well for both selling and renting real estate. Many owners who rent out properties via Booking, Airbnb, and other short-term rental services use such websites as an additional tool — for direct inquiries, property presentation, and sharing complete information without platform limitations.
4. What happens to the website after the transaction is completed?
After the purchase, sale, or rental transaction is completed, the website can be hidden, marked as sold or rented, or kept as an archive example. This prevents outdated information from being displayed. The domain remains yours for the entire paid period, and if desired, the website content can be replaced with another project for an additional fee.
5. Who is responsible for the technical side of the website?
We handle the technical side of the website. Setup, hosting, proper operation, and maintenance are carried out without the involvement of the website owner, within the scope of technical support.
