Saved items belongs to the “Accounts & clients” group and is used to give returning users secure access to personal information, saved actions or account tools. Its value depends on where it appears in the journey and what happens before and after the visitor uses it; the same module can therefore be simple on one project and much more involved on another.

Implementation should define registration, authentication, permissions, personal data, recovery and account lifecycle. It is also worth deciding how the function interacts with nearby capabilities such as Personal dashboard, Order history and User profile, so the visitor does not encounter duplicated steps or disconnected controls.
