What is a business card website
A business card website is a small multi-page website in which information about a company, specialist, project, or services is placed on separate pages and connected through a common navigation system. Visitors move between sections using the website menu. This format makes it possible to present information about the business, services, advantages, completed work, and contact details in a clear sequence. Each page serves a specific purpose and forms part of the website’s overall structure. A business card website is not an online store or a large corporate portal. It may include detailed descriptions, photographs, contact forms, interactive elements, and additional functionality while retaining a compact multi-page structure.
What purposes it is suitable for
A business card website is suitable for situations where information about a company, specialist, project, or services needs to be presented in a structured way across separate pages. This format is convenient when there is too much information for a single page, but a large corporate website is not required.
It is used to present services, describe a company’s activities, and publish information about projects, completed work, advantages, and terms of cooperation. A business card website is suitable for local businesses, small companies, organisations, teams, and independent specialists.
This format is also appropriate when a complete online presence is required with convenient navigation and the possibility of adding new pages and features later without changing the website’s basic structure.
Website structure
The structure of a business card website consists of separate pages, each responsible for a specific part of the information. All pages are connected through a common navigation system, allowing visitors to move consistently between the website’s main sections.
The structure usually includes a home page with general information and separate pages describing the company or specialist, services, advantages, completed work, and contact details. Additional pages may be added when necessary, including a gallery, reviews, frequently asked questions, legal information, contact forms, and other functional sections.
This structure makes it possible to distribute information across separate pages, keep the website clear for visitors, and provide convenient navigation on both computers and mobile devices.
What is included in the development
The development of a business card website includes the full range of work required to create a complete and functional multi-page website. All pages and elements are created with consideration for the overall structure, the logic of transitions, and the clear presentation of information.
The development process includes creating the website structure, setting up the menu and navigation between pages, designing the visual appearance, and adapting the website for different devices. Contact forms, contact information sections, and basic functional elements are also added.
The result is a fully completed business card website that displays correctly on all major devices and is suitable for continued use, the addition of new pages, and further development of its functionality.

Website technical support
Technical support for a business card website includes basic assistance and monitoring of its correct operation after launch. This service is necessary to maintain stable website performance and identify technical problems in a timely manner.
Technical support includes monitoring website availability, checking the correct operation of contact forms, buttons, menus, and links between pages, monitoring the status of the SSL certificate and domain, and promptly resolving technical errors related to hosting or website settings.
Minor technical adjustments may also be made when necessary, provided they do not affect the structure, design, or content of the pages. Further support is provided as a paid service under fixed terms and according to the required scope of maintenance.
Promotion and support
Promotion and support for a business card website are provided as additional paid services and can be added after launch when required. Support includes monitoring the website’s stable operation, updating technical components, and checking forms, links, menus, navigation between pages, and correct display on all devices. The work is carried out without changing the website’s overall structure or design.
Promotion includes basic SEO work, statistics setup and analysis, recommendations for improving the website’s visibility, and consultations on the project’s further development. The scope and format of the services are determined individually according to the website’s tasks, number of pages, and objectives.
