Only 4 stages
The work process is built on a clear and transparent structure. Each stage is defined in advance and follows a strict sequence — from selecting a service and placing an order to development and delivery of the finished project. This approach eliminates uncertainty and simplifies interaction at all stages of the process.
Stage 1
Service selection
Selection of the website type and maintenance plan. Defining the project format and scope.
Stage 2
PAYMENT & BRIEF
Payment confirms the tariff and service terms.
After payment, the technical brief is completed.
Stage 3
Website development
Work begins after the technical brief is received. Development is carried out strictly within the selected tariff and the brief.
Stage 4
Project delivery
Delivery of the website in working condition. Project completion.
How the order is placed
Placing an order begins with selecting a service on the website and navigating to the corresponding section. All information about website formats, tariffs, scope of work, and terms of cooperation is published in advance and available for review before the order is placed. The order is formed based on the selected tariff, without preliminary discussions or individual agreements at this stage.
After selecting a tariff, the process proceeds to payment. Payment confirms the Client’s intention to start the work and serves as the starting point of the entire process. At the time of payment, the Client must provide a valid email address, first name, last name, and country in order to correctly register the order and ensure further communication. From the moment the payment is confirmed, the order is considered placed, and the service terms are deemed fully accepted in accordance with the Public Agreement and the applicable Regulations.
Before payment, no consultations, task discussions, or idea reviews are conducted within the project. This procedure eliminates uncertainty, uncoordinated expectations, and non-targeted discussions. All further communication, preparation of the technical brief, and commencement of work take place strictly after the order has been placed and the payment has been confirmed.
Plan selection and administration
At the order placement stage, the Customer selects the type of website and the development plan. The plan determines the website structure, scope of work, number of sections, and the basic set of included services required to launch the project.
Website administration is not a fixed or mandatory obligation and is selected by the Customer separately, based on future needs. After the completion of development and the end of the included technical support period, the Customer independently determines the format of further website maintenance.
Administration may include content updates, technical adjustments, ongoing support, consultations, and other actions related to maintaining the website in working condition. The specific scope and format of administration are not tied to the development plan and are agreed separately if required.
Payment as the starting point
Payment of the selected tariff is a mandatory and initial stage for starting work on the project. Prior to payment, the Service Provider does not begin discussing details, preparing the technical brief, or planning work timelines.
The fact of payment constitutes acceptance of the Public Agreement and the Service Regulations, and also confirms the Client’s consent to the terms of the selected tariff and the relevant contractual appendix. When making a payment, the Client must provide a valid email address, first name, last name, and country, which are required for order identification and further interaction.
This procedure is applied to clearly record the obligations of the parties and to exclude preliminary discussions without a formally placed order. All subsequent actions within the project are carried out only after the payment has been received and strictly within the scope of the paid work.
After payment confirmation, the Client gains access to the next stage — completing the technical brief and launching the development process in accordance with the selected tariff.
Technical specification (TS)
Website development begins after a correctly completed technical specification is received and its compliance with the selected plan is confirmed. Until this moment, no work on the project is carried out and timelines are not calculated.
From the start of development, the Contractor proceeds with the implementation of the project within the framework of the approved technical specification, the selected plan, and the applicable Regulations. All actions are performed according to the fixed scope of work, without deviations from the agreed structure and project logic.
During the development process, the Contractor has the right to independently make technical and visual decisions necessary for the correct implementation of the website, unless otherwise specified in the technical specification. Decisions are made based on quality standards, development practices, and the logic of the selected website format.
The start of development is considered the official point of fulfillment of project obligations and serves as the basis for further calculation of project timelines.
Start of development
Website development begins after a correctly completed technical specification is received and its compliance with the selected plan is confirmed. Until this point, no work on the project is carried out and timelines are not calculated.
From the moment development starts, the Contractor proceeds with the implementation of the project within the framework of the approved technical specification, the selected plan, and the applicable Regulations. All actions are performed within the fixed scope of work, without deviations from the agreed structure and project logic.
During the development process, the Contractor has the right to independently make technical and visual decisions necessary for the proper implementation of the website, unless otherwise specified in the technical specification. Decisions are made based on quality standards, development practices, and the logic of the selected website format.
The start of development is considered the official point of fulfillment of project obligations and serves as the basis for further calculation of project timelines.
Project timelines
Project timelines are determined by the selected plan and the scope of work fixed in the technical specification. The calculation of timelines begins from the start of development, that is, after a correctly completed technical specification is received and its compliance with the plan conditions is confirmed.
The indicated timelines are indicative in nature and reflect the standard workflow provided that the Customer supplies all required information in a timely manner. Delays in providing data, materials, approvals, or responses on the part of the Customer may affect the actual project completion time.
Timelines may be adjusted in the event of changes to the technical specification, expansion of the scope of work, or the occurrence of circumstances beyond the Contractor’s control. All changes to timelines are documented within the project and implemented by mutual agreement of the parties.
Completion of the project timeline is deemed to occur upon delivery of the website to the Customer in a functional state, within the scope provided by the selected plan and the approved technical specification.
What is included in the plan
The scope of services included in the plan is determined by its description and is fixed at the moment of payment. The plan includes website development in the specified format, basic setup, implementation of the structure and functionality provided by the selected option, as well as the actions required to deliver the website in a working condition.
Within the plan, only the work expressly specified in its description and in the corresponding Appendix to the Public Agreement is performed. All website parameters, development scope, number of sections, blocks, and functions are limited by the terms of the selected plan and the approved technical specification.
Work and services not included in the plan, including additional revisions, functional expansions, changes to the website structure, content creation beyond the agreed scope, third-party service integrations, or subsequent administration, are not included in the plan price and are performed separately by agreement.
Thus, the plan defines clear project boundaries and the scope of the Contractor’s obligations. Anything beyond these boundaries is considered an additional service and is not included in the base development cost.
Consultations and discussions
Project-related discussions are conducted exclusively after payment of the plan and concern issues related to the execution of work under the approved technical specification. Consultations are aimed at clarifying implementation details, coordinating decisions within the selected website format, and ensuring proper execution of the work.
The number and format of consultations are limited by the selected plan and the scope of work. Discussions do not imply a revision of the website structure, changes to the project logic, or expansion of functionality beyond the approved technical specification.
Consultations and discussions not directly related to the execution of the paid scope of work, as well as preliminary reviews of ideas, concepts, and options prior to order placement, are not included in the development process and are provided as a separate paid service.
Project support
Project support is not a mandatory part of the website development service and is not automatically included in the selected plan, unless otherwise specified in its description. After development is completed, the website is delivered to the Customer in a functional state, within the scope provided by the technical specification and the plan terms.
Further website support is determined by the Customer independently. It may include technical maintenance, content updates, revisions, performance monitoring, security measures, and other actions related to website operation. The format, scope, and frequency of support are not tied to the development stage and are agreed separately if required.
The absence of support does not affect the fulfillment of website development obligations. All additional work after project delivery is performed only by separate agreement and is not included in the development cost, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the selected plan or the corresponding Appendix.
Customer identification and documents
The Contractor provides services exclusively to identified Customers. For the purpose of preventing fraud, abuse, and unlawful use of developed resources, the Contractor has the right to request documents confirming the Customer’s identity.
For individuals, such a document is a copy of an identity document (passport or ID card).
For legal entities, registration details of the company and a document confirming the authority of the representative.
Documents are provided in electronic form and are used solely to verify the Customer’s identity and the legitimacy of the service order. The processing and storage of personal data are carried out in accordance with the Contractor’s applicable Privacy Policy.
The Contractor does not transfer Customer data to third parties and does not disclose information about the Customer, except in cases expressly provided for by law. Data may be disclosed exclusively on the basis of a final court decision or an official request from law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure established by law.
In the event of the Customer’s refusal to provide the requested documents, or if there are reasonable doubts as to their authenticity, the Contractor has the right to suspend the provision of services or refuse to perform them in accordance with the terms of the Public Agreement.
