General information

Additional services relate to the operation and development stage of an already completed website. The base website is a finished and fully functional product and does not require mandatory modifications for proper operation. This section describes the possibilities for further project management, technical support, and functional expansion as needed.

Services in this section apply both to websites developed by the studio and to the client’s existing projects. Their use is not mandatory and is determined by current tasks, the stage of project development, and the selected format of cooperation. All additional work is arranged separately from the base development and agreed individually.

All conditions for providing additional services are defined in advance and fixed before the start of work. Within this section, there are no hidden fees, mandatory imposed services, or subsequent expenses not agreed with the client. The scope of work, format of cooperation, and cost are determined transparently and prior to the provision of the relevant services.

Some services are provided at a fixed price when the scope and result can be determined in advance. Work with a variable scope is performed on an hourly basis. Services related to advertising, promotion, and social networks are not included in this section and are considered within separate areas.

Hosting and infrastructure

Hosting and infrastructure cover the aspects of website placement and form its stable technical foundation. Within this area, proper operation of the project in the server environment is ensured, including the provision and distribution of computing resources as well as control of website availability. All projects are hosted within the studio’s infrastructure, while differences between hosting options are determined by the amount of allocated resources and the technical parameters required for specific project tasks. As the website develops, infrastructure parameters may be modified and scaled.

Payment for hosting and infrastructure services is made on a monthly basis. To ensure uninterrupted website operation, the client’s payment card is linked to the service and charges are made automatically according to the selected plan. This payment method helps avoid downtime caused by delayed payments and ensures stable project availability.

Hosting and infrastructure services do not affect the structure, functionality, or content of the website and are solely responsible for the conditions of its operation in the server environment. Hosting and infrastructure are considered an independent part of project operation and are arranged separately from website development work.

Work related to technical support, administration, content management, changes, and website development is not included in hosting services and is provided within the relevant sections and pricing plans.

Domains

Domain names are used to address the website and related services on the internet. Within this section, registration, renewal, and technical management of domain names required for the project’s operation are carried out. A domain name is an independent infrastructure element and is not related to the structure, content, or functionality of the website.

Domain registration is performed using the client’s details as specified in the documentation during domain registration. At the same time, technical registration and domain management are carried out through the studio’s infrastructure, without providing the client with a separate control panel. The studio handles DNS configuration, monitors expiration dates, and renews the domain as part of the active service.

Payment for a domain name is made for a fixed period, usually one year. Domain renewal is carried out only if there is an active service and timely payment. In the event of service termination or non-payment, domain renewal is not performed.

Domain-related services do not include website administration, content changes, or project development. Domains are treated as a separate infrastructure component and are handled independently of website development, technical support, and administration services.

Website technical support

Website technical support is aimed at maintaining stable and correct operation after launch. Within this scope, the technical condition of the project, its availability, and compatibility with the server environment are monitored, as well as the prevention of failures that may occur during website operation.

Support includes regular technical checks, performance monitoring, and response to technical incidents within the existing website architecture. All actions are carried out without changing the structure, design, or functionality of the project and are focused solely on ensuring its stability and availability.

Technical support is provided on a regular basis and is arranged separately from website development, administration, and growth services. The scope of monitoring and response priority are determined by the selected support level.

Website administration

Website administration covers work related to managing the content and structure of an already operating project. Within this scope, actions include updating information, publishing materials, modifying individual page elements, and maintaining content relevance.

Administration concerns the website itself as an informational and user-facing product rather than the technical infrastructure. All work is performed within the existing website structure and does not include the development of new functionality, changes to the project architecture, or intervention in the server environment.

Administration services are provided on a regular basis and are arranged separately from hosting, infrastructure, and website technical support. The scope of permitted actions, update frequency, and work intensity are determined by the selected plan.

Website development and expansion

Website development and expansion include work aimed at the functional and structural growth of an already operating project. Within this scope, improvements are implemented, new sections and elements are added, website capabilities are expanded, and the project is adapted to new tasks and usage scenarios.

Development work affects the structure and functionality of the website and is carried out based on the existing project architecture. The specific scope, composition, and complexity of the work are determined individually, taking into account the current state of the website, defined tasks, and project goals.

Website development and expansion services are provided based on prior agreements and an issued invoice. The cost and timelines are agreed separately for each stage and are not included in hosting, technical support, or website administration services.

Languages and website structure

The language version and structure of the website determine the logic of information presentation and the convenience of user interaction. Within this section, the page structure, navigation, and content hierarchy are defined, and support for one or more languages is implemented according to the project’s objectives.

Website multilingualism involves separating content by language versions while maintaining a unified structure and navigation logic. Each language version is treated as an independent information environment, while the technical implementation ensures correct language switching and consistency of page structure.

Website structure work includes the creation of sections, menus, anchor links, and logical connections between pages. Structural changes may affect block placement, section order, and navigation elements, but do not include the development of new functionality without separate agreement.

Configuration of website languages and structure is handled as a separate scope of work and is not included in hosting, technical support, or administration services. The scope and format of the work are determined based on project complexity and agreed upon within the contract or a separate project phase.

Integrations

Integrations cover the connection and configuration of external services and systems required to expand website capabilities and enable interaction with the external environment. Within this scope, the website is integrated with payment systems, analytics services, contact forms, CRM systems, email services, and other third-party solutions.

Integrations are implemented within the existing website architecture and are aimed at process automation, data transfer, and improvement of functional usage scenarios. Connecting services does not affect the core website structure unless otherwise agreed separately.

The scope, composition, and complexity of integrations are determined individually, taking into account the technical requirements of the connected services and the project objectives.

Integration services are provided separately from hosting, technical support, and website administration. The cost and timelines are defined based on prior agreements and an issued invoice.

Migrations and scaling

Migrations and scaling include work related to changing the website hosting environment and adapting the project to increased load or changing technical conditions. Within this scope, the website is migrated between servers, hosting providers, or infrastructure solutions while preserving functionality and data.

Scaling involves adjusting website hosting parameters according to project growth, increased traffic, or expanded functional requirements. The work is aimed at ensuring stable website operation under changing demands and does not affect content or visual design without separate agreement.

The scope and complexity of migration and scaling work are determined individually and depend on the project’s initial state, the technologies used, and the target hosting conditions.

Migration and scaling services are provided separately from hosting, technical support, and website administration. Costs and timelines are agreed in advance and formalized based on agreements and an issued invoice.

Security and data

Security and data cover measures aimed at protecting the website, information, and user data during project operation. Within this scope, solutions are implemented to ensure data protection, access control, and the website’s resilience to external threats.

Security work includes configuring protection mechanisms, monitoring data integrity, and preventing unauthorized access. Data management involves organizing data storage, backup, and recovery required for stable website operation.

Security and data measures do not affect the website’s structure, content, or functionality and do not replace technical support or administration. All actions are carried out within the existing project architecture and are focused solely on protecting and preserving information.

Security and data services are provided separately from hosting, technical support, and website administration. The scope and format of the work are determined individually and agreed upon within the contract or a separate service phase.

Urgent and unscheduled work

Urgent and unscheduled work covers tasks that require immediate execution outside the planned service schedule and standard procedures. Such tasks arise unexpectedly and require rapid response to maintain website operability or implement urgent changes.

Within this scope, work is performed that is not included in the current hosting, technical support, or administration plans and requires priority involvement of specialists. The scope and nature of tasks are determined by the actual situation.

Urgent and unscheduled work is provided exclusively upon request and carried out subject to technical feasibility. Costs and timelines are determined individually and formalized based on agreements and an issued invoice.

This type of work does not change the conditions of the basic service and is not a mandatory part of website operation.

Payment format

Payment for services is made depending on their nature and delivery format. Some services are provided on a recurring basis with a fixed payment interval, while others are performed as one-time tasks or based on agreed work. The specific payment format is specified in the contract, invoice, or another agreed document.

Hosting, infrastructure, technical support, and website administration services are generally provided on a recurring basis with periodic payment. To ensure service continuity, payment may be processed automatically in accordance with the selected plan and contract terms.

Work related to website development and expansion, integrations, migrations, scaling, security, as well as urgent and unscheduled tasks, is paid separately. The cost of such work is determined based on prior agreements and an issued invoice, taking into account the scope and complexity of the tasks.

Payment for domain names is made for a fixed registration period, with subsequent renewal subject to active service and timely payment.

All settlements are carried out in accordance with the contract terms and applicable law. Failure to make payment within the established timeframe may result in suspension of the relevant services until financial obligations are fulfilled.
